FlightSchool Gymnastics Center Winter 2008 Schedule and Price List
Class Descriptions
BumbleBees: In our BumbleBees classes the students learn real gymnastics skills with their parent's help. These classes are designed for toddlers approximately 18 months to 3 years of age. These are structured and disciplined classes.
FireFlies: In our pre-school gymnastics classes the students learn real gymnastics skills on miniature equipment. These are structured and disciplined classes.
DragonFlies: This is our mini-gymnastics class for smaller and younger school children ages 5-7 years. They learn the same skills as the older girls, just with smaller classmates. These are structured and disciplined classes.
Gliders: We offer progressive gymnastics classes for older school age children ages 8-12. Our classes follow the guidelines set forth by USA Gymnastics (the governing body of competitive gymnastics in the United States). The classes potentially lead to our competitive teams, which start at level 4.
Twisters: Our advanced program is for the gymnast who loves gymnastics but is not ready or able to commit to competitive gymnastics. The sky is the limit.
Falcons: The Falcons are our gymnastics classes for boys. They learn all of the basic gymnastics skills on the boys apparatus.
TOPs: (Talent Opportunity Program) NEW!! TOPs is a USA Gymnastics program designed to promote natural talent in young female athletes. Our TOPs program is open to all female athletes currently enrolled in our regular gymnastics program. TOPs classes will focus on strength and flexibility.
Cheer Tumbling: Our cheer classes are designed to help cheerleaders with their tumbling skill whether they are currently on a squad or still trying out.
Flyers Cheer: NEW!! Our Flyers classes are developmental cheer classes. They are designed to teach up and coming cheerleaders the basic moves, jumps and stunts need to be a cheerleader.
Home School P.E.: Our home school class is truly a physical education class, not a gymnastics class. When we send the kids home tired and smiling then we have done our job. Our home school P.E. classes run through the school months , September- June. If you are interested in fall classes call us to find out how to enroll.
AirBorn: These are our pre-team classes for girls that have shown a commitment to becoming a competitive gymnast. The classes are designed to prepare the gymnast for team tryouts and eventually competition!!! It is by invitation only
USA Gymnastics Competitive Team: We also have competitive teams for girls levels 4-10. Call to schedule an appointment with our head coaches for information regarding our competitive teams.
